Get version at runtime

Cecil Westerhof-5
If I recollect correctly there is a way to determine at runtime what the
version of SQLite is. But I do not remember how. How can this be done?

SQLite version 3.18.0 2017-03-17 23:08:11
Enter ".help" for usage hints.
Connected to a transient in-memory database.
Use ".open FILENAME" to reopen on a persistent database.
sqlite> select sqlite_version();
3.18.0
sqlite> select sqlite_source_id();
