Possible bug with pragma integrity_check on large datafiles

Bob Power
Hi,
I'm having issues with pragma integrity_check - looks like a memory leak.
When I run pragma integrity_check on a large datafile ( ~30GB ), ram usage just keeps climbing until I kill the sqlite3.exe process.
I'm killing it with ram usage at 96% where the pc is becoming unusable. Once sqlite3.exe killed everything returns to normal.
Sqlite3.exe only shows 2-3 MB ram usage in task manager.
I've tried with Sqlite3.exe v 3.19.3 and 3.21.0 and getting the same result.
Sqlite3_analyzer (3.21.0) output for the datafile is attached.

System Details ;~7 GB RAM ( 8GB - 800MB Ram Disk ) ( Ram disk not involved / all files etc on HD )
Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063  System Model Inspiron 3537 System Type x64-based PC Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4010U CPU @ 1.70GHz, 1701 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Bob.
